On Tuesday morning, the news of superstar Rajinikanth’s hospitalization in Chennai sparked widespread concern among fans and media. To address the rumors and speculation, Apollo Hospital, where Rajinikanth is admitted, released an official medical bulletin providing clarity on the situation.
The hospital’s statement revealed that Rajinikanth was admitted on September 30 due to swelling in the aorta, the main blood vessel leading from the heart. Doctors performed an endovascular repair, sealing the swelling by placing a stent. The procedure was successful, and Rajinikanth is recovering well. The note also assured that the iconic actor would be discharged in two days.
